Aylesbury Estate in South London, the largest residential estate in London, is having a major revamp. GCL have secured from Durkan Limited a groundwork’s and concrete frame package valued at £1.5 million for the first phase of the works.

Commercial Road is home to one of the largest new build social housing developments being undertaken at present. We have managed to secure a £7.5 million package from Higgins Construction for the groundwork’s, concrete frames and cranage. This is one of the largest packages ever let by Higgins Construction.

Galliford Try has awarded GCL a groundwork’s and concrete frame package worth £1.8 million for a residential scheme at Lordship Lane in North London.

Wates Living Space has placed a £600,000 order for the enabling works package at Lankaster Gardens in Finchley. A follow on order for the groundwork’s and frame is currently being discussed.
