The project involved the construction of multiple traditional RC Frames (tallest being 10 Floors +Roof) above a basement box. The basement construction incorporated Pudlo concrete waterproofingsystem. Spoil was retained on site to complete backfilling of the open cut basement excavation. Oneof the three 11 storey cores were constructed using our Peri Jump Form System. This proved to bevaluable as it has decreased the floor construction cycle to mitigate late erection of tower cranes byour client. The project is located along a DLR boundary with areas of the concrete frame constructedup to the boundary line. Due to this close proximity great attention was given to falsework designsto ensure no elements over sailed the DLR boundary. The first block was completed ahead of ourcontract programme and has allowed an early fit out commencement for GTP.


  • Pile cap construction from basement and ground level.
  • Removal of excess spoil
  • Construction of basement slab and retaining walls to ground level with all exposed finishedconcrete.
  • Construction of 6 no. cores, 3 no. to 5 floors and 3 no. to 11 floors.
  • Installation of all underslab and external drainage including connection to sewer mains.
  • Construction of 3 no. Wavin Aquacell attenuation tanks.
  • 7m high second floor transfer slab to four of the six blocks
  • Construction of 6 No. RC Frames, the tallest being 10 Floors + Roof.


  • Temporary works solution to deep drainage for mains sewer connection.
  • Design input to waterproofing solution for basement and ground bearing floors.
  • Use of compound falsework designs to overcome various structural element design – Peri Skydeckand GASS falsework support systems.
  • Peri Jumpform construction to decrease floor construction cycle.
