DESCRIPTION:

This project involved 5no RC frames. The construction consists of residential units,retail & office space, as well as leisure facilities.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:

• Pudlo waterproof concrete system was incorporated to foundations due tohigh water table.
• Heightened environmental awareness in order to deliver the development assustainably and efficiently as possible.
• 4 no cranes installed servicing RC frames up to 11 floors in height

INNOVATION:

• GASS falsework design and implementation to overcome various structuraldesign issues including use of double height frames to new yacht club underpass
• Stairmaster system utilized for all stair cores for speed and access as floors wereconstructed .
• Precast columns designed and formed off site by GCL to assist in acceleratingfloor to floor completion dates .
