GCL are proud to have secured Kings Road Park Phase 3 at the former Gasworks site in Fulham which is worth in excess £38m. Substructure works have commenced on the first block with piling currently ongoing.
The Phase 3 package consists of forming a large basement (approx. 9,000m2) with some areas going to B-2 level which is located within an existing gas holder, a podium slab which covers the entire Phase 3 area and several RC Frame blocks ranging in height. There will be a total of 4 tower cranes installed on the phase which also forms part of the contract.
Inhouse capabilities will aid the construction of phase 3 with some innovative temporary works, core methodologies and precast elements being used throughout.
