We are delighted to announce that we have secured a new contract with Multiplex for an exciting development in St John’s Wood.
This project involves the construction of nine RC Frames, ranging from four to seven floors in height across a large podium slab. Our scope of work includes the installation of precast columns, precast core walls and post-tensioned slabs across all blocks.
These modern construction techniques will ensure efficiency, structural integrity, and high-quality finishes throughout the development. We are excited to work in collaboration with Multiplex and we look forward to working closely with their team over the next year to deliver a successful and high-standard build.
