The project involved the construction of a large basement carpark and Ground floor podium slab with a seven story RC frame including 2no cores. Bamtec reinforcement was our preferred reinforcement option from podium level to roof which proved to be both economical and a programme enhancing method. Precast columns constructed in our own precast yard proved beneficial to both our programme and reduced our work load on site quite substantially. All precast stairs were installed as we progressed with the frame which provided access to all floors below our live decks.
