Description of the job:

The construction of a Morrison’s Super Store & two additional retail opportunities.

New service and customer vehicular access to the project.

Wheelchair accessible pedestrian access to the retail areas.

Extensive external works to the boundary of the Edgware Road and hard landscaping the newly created access to the high level podium level school carpark.

 

Construction Features:

• 4No. Concrete Frames.
• 2No. Steel frames with concrete toppings
• 1 No curved Ground Bearing Ramp
• 1 No floating RC Ramp

 

Innovation:

Temporary works to retain existing high level pavement to enable excavation of low level works.

In-house design of falsework, formwork and temporary works systems.
