The job is a 24 storey groundworks and RC frame package for Bennett Construction in E1.

CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:

• GCL precast columns
• 7 day turnaround of floors
• 1metre deep transfer slab
• Peri (CB240) platforms used in order to construct shear wall
• Radius slab on all 24 floors

INNOVATION:

Precast elements prefabricated off site at GCL precast yard Luton in order to speed up construction time

Temporary works by GCL technical department
