Description
Our contract for Fairview New Homes consisted of taken over the site once piling was complete. Our construction programme was based around the key dates in which our client required the 7no blocks handed over. Construction began in Early 2023 and is on track to be completed ahead of our contract duration. This was a result of our hardworking site team working closely with our client’s delivery team. Strategic planning and sequencing was a driving factor in the delivery of this scheme which saw up on 160 operatives on site at its peak. 5no tower cranes served the project with various types of construction methodology being implanted, both on site and off site. Network Rail assets were along the east of the site with a BAPPA in place throughout.
