Milton Road- Wates
Description
Works commenced on site in April 2023 on the 1st Phase of Harrows plans to regenerate the town. Wates acted as the principal contractor for the duration of the works which consisted of piling attendances, substructure, site wide civils, superstructure and tower crane. Due to the site constraints, muck away, concrete pours and general deliveries had to be planned in detail to ensure the site could cope due to the site being extremely tight for space. Off site construction of stairs and columns resulted in less deliveries coming to site which benefited all parties involved.
