We are delighted to announce that Ground Construction Ltd has successfully secured both the Substructure and Superstructure packages across four residential towers for our valued client, St George.
The prestigious development includes four towers, with the tallest reaching 15 storeys above ground level and incorporating a basement structure. Work has now commenced on site, with piling and substructure activities already underway.
The project scope includes the delivery of the piling works, basement box construction, and the superstructure for Block I, which will rise to Level 15, marking a significant milestone in this exciting development.
This contract reflects GCL’s continued commitment to delivering complex, high-quality construction projects and further strengthens our long-standing relationship with St George.
