We are pleased to celebrate a major milestone at Project Cecil Ave, marking the successful topping out of the development in partnership with our client Wates.
The topping‑out event recognises the significant progress made on site and the collective effort of all those involved in delivering the project to this stage. It was a great opportunity to acknowledge the hard work, collaboration and commitment shown by the entire project team throughout the build so far.
We would like to thank Wates for their continued support and strong working relationship, along with everyone who has contributed to reaching this important point safely and efficiently.
With this milestone achieved, we look forward to progressing into the next phases of Project Cecil Ave and continuing our successful collaboration through to completion.
